Pros. The location of the hotel was perfect.
Cons. A big menu for food.
Pros. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Cons. Furnishings were all grey so the room lacked warmth. The room wasn't well cleaned. There were some scraps of paper on the floor and a dry wash cloth in the corner of the shower.
Pros. The room was comfortable and clean and the wifi was included. Nice walkable location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for assistance.
Cons. The staff could have been more attentive to details. We never seemed to have an adequate number of towels, the coffee making supplies were not properly stocked, the mini bar was locked, and we were not provided with room service menus.
Cons. Not many amenities, no access to fridge/microwave/ice, rooms are basic but clean, well updated. No comfort bags/toiletry provided. No toothbrush, toothpaste and other small things guests should have in room.
Pros. Only a block and a half from the Bell Centre, the Novotel is the place for Habs fans to stay. Bilingual staff is very friendly and helpful, refurbished rooms are well done -- very comfy beds including the sofa-bed if you need it, lots of electrical outlets to charge your toys, good lighting, free wifi throughout that works well. The on-site restaurant offers a good variety at very fair prices -- including a great breakfast buffet.
Cons. Not connected to the underground city
Pros. clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. very helpful staff. would stay there again!
Cons. that we couldn't stay longer!
