Cons. Heating didn't work well.
Pros. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends

Pros. The staff helped immediately when the air conditioned of our room failed during a heat wave. Rooms are /very/ large and equipped with a complete kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are top quality. Sound proof is another plus: living in NYC I /truly/ appreciated it.

Pros. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very spacious and well maintained, and its location was just minutes away from stations! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we have another opportunity, we will stay here again!

Pros. Spacious room, clean, with kitchenette, which was a welcome surprise. We didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, but there next time we stay we will make time for it. Walking distance to everything. A little far to the old port, but we still walked it and it was fine. Staff were wonderful. When we're in Montreal again we will stay here.
Cons. Parking was a little expensive, and the construction on Sherbrooke made getting in and out difficult, (though obviously not the fault of Cantlie. Other than that I can't think of anything that was a negative.
