Not many outlets. Had a pool but it wasn’t on the website.
Yeesh, this place- save your money and go elsewhere. Honestly, we booked this hotel based on the pool/hot tub situation because my kids love to swim. However, it was not worth it. The pool area had 2 chairs to sit in; a 31 person pool capacity and only 2 chairs? The hotel is definitely aging. There were large white stains in numerous carpeted areas. Our suite came with a jacuzzi (surprise!) but the tile was literally cracking and falling off of it. After seeing the status of the hotel, no one was brave enough to try the jacuzzi. The sofa bed was very, very poor quality and lacked linens. I called the front desk about 6p and it took 3 calls of extended duration before someone picked up. I asked for 2 flat sheets and 2 blankets. The guy arrived with 1 fitted sheet and said the blankets were in the dryer but he would grab some from an empty room and bring them back. 11:30p we get a knock on the door (we're all sleeping) guy says "front desk" and proceeds to use his key to OPEN THE DOOR. My children are asleep on the sofa sleeper; he realizes were are not awake and backs out of the room. I promptly got up and locked all the locks. Our neighbors were horrific- their children kept trying to open the adjoining door to our rooms; the parents response was to scream at them with numerous expletives. This behavior lasted after midnight. We went to the pool for a short period of time- upon walking back to our room, a cockroach straight out of Men In Black ran ahead of us down the hall. This cockroach had clearance off the ground is was so big. Needless to say we did not have their complimentary breakfast the next morning. No one answers the phone when you call the front desk or housekeeping. The place is disgustingly dirty and old. Just don't. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pros. Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. It's in a good location for downtown activities. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to request for service.
Cons. The room was clean, but dated. The carpet needs replacing and fixtures need some minor repairs or upkeep. For the price of the room, the parking should be included.
Pros. Was very happy to stay here. Clean and beautiful. Loved breakfast, but they need to season the scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet.

Cons. When we checked in it was about 75 degrees fahrenheit outside... and about 80 degrees in our hotel room. It was very hot and muggy, and the windows did not open. The air conditioning was not working at all and the staff was totally unconcerned about remedying the situation. They tried telling us that everything was working fine, but of course it was not. The only thing the hotel did to fix it was to give us a box fan. They told us that it would cool off at night... but it did not. Multiple people complained but nothing was done to accommodate us or to compensate us for the inconvenience. Staff was at worst, rude, and at best, disinterested. When we checked in at 3:00 on a Thursday they only had 1 person working so we had to wait a very long time to check in. The bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling above the sink. The furniture in the room was worn and in need of repair or replacement. For $20 more a night we could have stayed somewhere much nicer.
