Pros. Nice, refreshing, clean, quiet pool. Best 'inclusive' breakfast I have ever had. Happy hour every day was great. Beach access was excellent. Room was like new. Half the price of hotels next door!
Pros. The service provided by the staff was great, they were very nice, helpful, friendly and polite. the location of the hotel was also very good.
Cons. out of the 4 days that I was at the hotel w/my daughter we only asked once for the room to be cleaned and the both bed sheets were not changed and no toiletries were added. if the hotel management can work w/ the proper staff to get this matter resolved then i would not found anything to complaint about.
