Although the hotel is large and has a lot of amenities on site, I did not like that my room did not have a window. It was fake window and at first I didn’t mind but after a day it became strange to not see the sun or the sky when you want to.
I like the location right off the expressway rooms are clean facility had all the amenities
Pros. Rooms were clean and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons. Restaurant was mediocre and very slow. But nice to have that option on site.
Pros. The staff was very helpful correcting an error I made booking our rooms. Very comfortable stay.
Cons. A little expensive for us Rhode Islanders! Having breakfast included would have been nice.
Cons. Rooms opened to huge courtyard which allowed for a lot of noise to enter the room in the evening. Self parking required a long walk.

Cons. Upon registration i had asked for two double beds since there were 4 of us, not couples. We got instead and found a King size bed and a pull out couch. Very disappointing! My option was to cancel the reservation. Even though I was told the day before that a room with a two double beds was reserved for us.

Cons. I was a little disappointed in a few things. There was no complimentary coffee. The breakfast was good but overpriced. The restaurant staff in the evening was slow and unattentative. Lastly, there was no free wifi in the rooms.

Cons. We booked reservations 6 months ago for four and had requested two King sized beds. When we arrived they gave us a room with one bed and offered a cot but said two cots were a fire hazard so couldn't do it. We were given two blow up mattresses which held air only for an hour or so. My kids spent the whole night re-inflating their beds every 90 minutes. Our requests for new mattresses that didn't leak for the second night fell on deaf ears. $500 for two nights and I have to pay $20 for WiFi? Really?
