Tested positive for COVID-19 on the day we was meant to of stayed tried calling reservations to at least change the date of stay After 5 hours of trying to speak to them still no answer … absolutely disappointed in the customer service and ultimately lost the money for the stay (£105) for one night … still haven’t been contacted Me personally I’d avoid using village in general due to poor customer service
