Daily housekeeping , provide safe box and change the pillow. Pillow is too flat .
Pros. The room size was rather large for a big city like London. There was even a refrigerator and microwave in my room. I liked that during the week there is soda and light snacks available for free. I also visited the hotel restaurant and it was very good, plus they offered 15% off!!
Cons. The location was good because I was near 2 underground locations, however there was another CQ that was more centrally located.

Pros. The shower never drain. it was water all at your feet. The door was broken . It was hard to close. I thought the room was bigger but it wasn't. It had a moldy smell
