The truck as a whole was very nice and preformed very well.Cons:
Taken the truck through a car wash and filled the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. After using the windshield wiper fluid twice it alerted that it was in need of a refill.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. Then they told me I didn’t have insurance.10.0 Wonderful

The people at the Hertz facility could have been a little nicer. I called to change my reservation, ensured it was changed, go to the location and they had no recollection of the new reservation time. There were no cars available and therefore had to wait until my original time to pick up the car. They offered no apologies for my inconvenience on their behalf and were very rude about the whole situation. Will be going with Enterprise from now on.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

YES THE GUYS AT McCAIN MALL WERE GREAT THE GUY ON THE PH THAT SAID CATCH A CAB WAS NO HELP I WAS TO PIC UP AND RETUN AT AIRPORT BUT E-MAIL IN THEMIGHT BEFOE SAID NO CARS GO TO THE MALL WHEN GOT TO CAB THERE WAS A LINE OF AVIS CARS THERE OTHER THAN THE TWO GUYS AT THE MALL A VERY BAD EXPERIANCECons:

I GOT E-MAIL TELLING ME TO PICK UP AT McCAIN MALL AND REYURN IT THERE I CALLED NEXT DAY AND ASK WHY PERSON ON THE PH SAID OUT OF CARS AT AIRPORT I ASK HOW DO I GET TO THE MALL HE SAID TAKE A CAB WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND GOT MY BAG ON THE WAY TO THE CAB I PASSED A LINE WITH SEVERAL AVIS !CARS! GOT TO THE MALL AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A !CAR! THE ONLY THING THE HAD WAS A 12!PASANGER! !VAN! SO THATS WHAT I TOOK WAS THAT GAS GUZZLER WHEN I RETURN THE !VAV! The car itself was in good shape. The staff at the receiving destination were helpful and friendly (the staff at the little little Rock location were rude and unhelpful).Cons:
The staff at the little Rock Clinton airport were very rude to me and delayed my departure by 35 minutes, over the fact that my credit card says "Jay Joiner" instead of "James Joiner". I showed multiple identifications showing my name as Jay, and the manager still was dismissive and unapologetic.2.0 Poor
