No hot water (“gas leak, boiler not working”). Inconsistent communication with guests about when the problem would be corrected. No compensation offered for our two night stay with no hot water!
Pros. The motel has a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which was nice.
Cons. The motel is very dated. I’m sure it was a nice place 20 years ago but has definitely seen better days. There is a restaurant on site, I would not recommend the food. My husband ordered a steak and I ordered the lobster Mac n cheese for dinner. We were both very disappointed. They have breakfast buffet in the am, again was not impressed. $25 for breakfast that was equavelent to the free breakfast that most motels offer. Overall, the motel is not a bad place, just don’t expect “Ramada”

Cons. The hotel smells horribly in the hallway. Something was “beeping” in the hallway all night. The room needed a “deep clean.”
