The towels were never changed and all dirty. But the shower had a hell of a lot of water pressure! 1/10 don’t recommend!!!

When I arrived there was no reservation under my name and I got charged on my bank account without me provided such info since it was supposed to be paid by another person and now the hotel is not accepting responsibility stating my reservation was canceled they have another credit card information but I still got charged $87.19 on my bank account…… and I blame Kayak as well

Cons. My online booking told me check out was at noon, which I appreciated since I had just spent the entire evening at the airport. However, by 11 a.m. two different cleaning ladies had aggressively knocked on my door, with one of them telling me to "Leave NOW." Confused, but deferring to their knowledge of check out time, I hurried to get ready and pack up everything I had in 15 minutes. During that time, there was another loud knock basically reiterating the same. Very rude, very inconsiderate. Perhaps the online booking information was wrong and they need to update that. But either way, the staff should not have been that rude first thing in the morning.

First room given by friendly staff had a family in it and surprised us both when I opened the door with my key that worked just fine on an occupied room. Second room had a sticky door that needed my shoulder to pop it open. The room had vinyl tile floors; that was good as they are a pet friendly hotel. The bed sheets had several hairs between the sheets and the pillows although having clean cases on them had stains on the actual pillows. There was something smeared on the lavatory sink top so I used one of the wash cloths to wipe it and noticed the wash cloth very dirty so I cleaned the bathroom tub, toilet seat, sink, and entire room floor with two of the towels, one wet, then one dry. Overall, felt like I was in a hotel rented by the hour.
