Pros. We got there by 11pm, haven't had dinner by then, went to the Jack in the box across the street and the whole ghetto was there. Not a safe zone at all. Plus it is far from the strip. For the money we paid there, I'd rather pay the Buffalo Bill which is further from the strip, but is cheaper and way much better hotel.
Cons. The zone where it is located and the facilities. You can certainly get better service for what you pay there. Honestly I wouldn't go there again!

Cons. Took my payment twice, nobody at the lobby at 7:45AM to take my keys back, chaotic at check-in my room was not available.... Prostitutes on the the next room....
Cons. DO NOT DO BUUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! I stayed one night for about 7 hours in transit while waiting to catch a plain. Reserved and paid for hotel through Kayak. Upon arriving it took 30 minutes of paperwork and a $100 deposit. I was told someone would be on call upon my very early check out (5am) and would come unlock the office door to complete the process. Needless to say no one was available at 5am so I locked the key cards in the room and called the hotel later that day to confirm everything was fine. I was told my deposit would be released later on that evening. 10 days later and countless phone calls where I was assured they were "looking into it" I have still not received the deposit back. I filed a fraud case with my bank so hopefully the money will be returned. So with that in mind I can not in any way reccomend doing business with theses people. It will not end well for you.
Pros. Stayed here for two weeks. Bed and bathroom were very clean. Shower had plenty of water pressure and was hot. Wi Fi was decent in the far-top corner room. Very decent price and right next to the front gate of Nellis AFB. Staff at the front desk were pleasant.
Cons. Carpet was stained very badly. TV was not hooked up. Cracks around the door meant that I could hear every person walking or talking outside. Fridge was set up on a circuit so that when I left the room, it would turn off, spoiling any food left in it.
Pros. I had a very good experience with a very friendly staff. Can only say good things regarding this stay.
Cons. It was a bit chaotic at check-in, but this was explained due to overbooking by booking.com.
