Pros. Nothing.
Cons. This place is horrible. Had covid rules and regulations I was more than willing to follow at check in and continued to threaten me that he has cameras and has my card and IDs if I don’t follow the rules even after I agreed with the rules due to the pandemic situation. I decided to just stay there any longer and wanted my card and IDs of mine and my groups and he instead got the general manager to come out and lecture me about the rules I already agreed to. I prepaid through KAYAK and told them I didn’t care if they kept the $200 I already paid and they opted to charge me another $175 through them on top of it. Guy who works the front desk is a complete psycho on a power trip. I will continue to leave one star reviews and completely recommend people not stay here.
Pros. The postive points of this hotel was the price of the room and the decent televisions. The bathrooms were standard, and the room is general was spacious.
Cons. The cons of this hotel follow suite with the rest of the reviews here. When I checked in A very helpful lady helped me and all was going well. Later that evening my wife had a hard time sleeping due to the pancake flat pillows. I called the front desk to ask for a few more pillows and ended up dabeting with a very rude guy over why I needed more pillows. So the rate is great but customer service is awful.
