Pros. It's a fairly old hotel in need of updating. They may be in the process of that as the rooms had an old TV stand/dresser that had no drawers and no TV, but had a different dresser next to it with a small TV on it. The carpet, drapes and comforter were all old and worn. The bathroom was falling apart with old paint, mold, and peeling counters. The second floor rooms have strange balcony that connects to the room next door. For the price it's prett much what you would expect.
Cons. Smell of marijuana, carpet torn and falling apart. Not the safest feeling staying there. Need serious updating!! Way better options for the same price range. Won't go back

Pros. I like the view from where I stayed. During the night time, I can see the lights from the city. I like the swimming pool that looks clean and the yard is neat. It allows to have pets. I wish the swimming pool that has lights at night time. The rooms are about the right size. The room has little refrigerator and coffee pot, microwave, and hair dryer. The beds are comfortable and has a TV.
Cons. The location is okay in the back of the motel. However, it is closer to restaurants and stores across the street that is nice.
