Pros. Great pool with best view in town
Pros. Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Breakfast staff was good and the food was great! Two small pools were okay, the infinity pool had an amazing view!!
Cons. The people working at the front desk did not seem friendly upon check in! I need assistance with their phone system (to dail an outside line) they would not offer to help. Upon checkout we had to wait over an hour for the staff to check our room.... This happened throughout our stay in Tailand but usually only took 5-10 minutes. This hotel made everyone wait for over an hour. Terrible.
Pros. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buildings are modern and stand our from the rest of the hotels/business on the main road. The included breakfast was excellent.
Cons. The price does not match the experience. The room is mediocre. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt used. I could feel each metal spring. There were small bugs (akin to ants, but not ants) in multiple places in our room even though we were on the third floor above the ground. Definitely not the $90+ room I expected in a resort. The shower was built poorly such that splash from the shower gets under the shower wall and into the other areas of the bathroom, such as around the toilet. I would definitely not be returning to Cliff Resorts and I would look for other hotels in the area.
