The Killington Grand Resort Hotel possesses classic Vermont charm and the conveniences people have come to expect from the Killington area. Home of what is perhaps Vermont’s best-known ski resort, the Grand Resort certainly lives up to expectations.
At Killington, the outdoor experience is the focal point, and whether guests are visiting in the winter to enjoy the skiing or coming during the summer for some of the best hiking in the Northeast, the accommodations are designed to be the place to rest and recharge after a long day of absorbing the great northern outdoors.
Young folks will feel completely at home with complimentary XBOX games and game systems. When they’re not outside on the slopes or trails, they can join their parents in the heated pool or two hot tubs.
The resort also features the Ship skis partnership. This makes it easy for guests to ship their ski and snowboard gear straight to the Grand Hotel from their homes. This way, everything is there waiting without the hassle of packing, rearranging and repacking everything to fit around the ski and snowboard gear.
The dining experience is as unique as Killington itself. Guests have access to the classic Vermont fare found at Preston's and of course the legendary food at the base lodge. But on top of those options, there is the Long Trail Pub, Vermont Fresh Café, Grand Café, and even the Jerk Jamaican Mountain Grill. Guests can also indulge in impressive views of the mountains at Peak Lodge or dine surrounded by nature at Ledgewood Yurt.
Killington is the kind of place that is unforgettable due to its simplicity, class, and dedication to tradition—as well as gently breaking it. The Killington Grand Resort Hotel is no exception.

Pros. The staff was great! Location was good-
Cons. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with another couple and one room was on the main floor and one was down a full flight of stairs(22) and we couldn’t carry our own luggage. I am handicapped right now with a cane, the other lady has a heart condition and both men are in their mid to late 70’s. While it was disappointing, the bell staff did offer to help. There was absolutely zero view of the beautiful mountain.
Pros. Pool, spa and breakfast buffet
Cons. High drink prices
Pros. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub was a nice treat after a cold day of skiing. Included breakfast was fantastic.
