Pros. Everything was great. Location to the the beach was perfect - the beach is in your backyard! The hotel property and room were very clean. Staff was super nice at all times. Will make request for ocean view next time :-) Lovely room and we'll definitely return.
Cons. We thought the placement of the bathroom was weird. You walk in the front door and boom - it's there. The carpet was wet-ish at times in areas, but it wasn't sopping wet - just not completely dry either. We had some flies get in the room, but that's kind of expected when you're at the beachfront. Fitness area could be better/larger.

Pros. We enjoyed how small the hotel grounds are - the ice, laundry, pool, front desk, etc are all very short walks, as is the beach! Also a great location in general.
Cons. The breakfast was pretty typical for a “continental” breakfast, but we didn’t want to force down powdered eggs. Try Miller’s Steakhouse for breakfast right down the street.

Pros. My daughter and I had an impromptu girls trip, and picked Shutters on a whim. What a great choice it was! The rooms were clean, comfortable and adorably decorated, the staff was welcoming and understanding when we had a last minute schedule change, the breakfast was awesome, and the beach access was convenient. Highly recommend!!!
