Pros. Fine as an OK hotel
Cons. Pool was undergoing renovations, and that was one of the main reasons the hotel was chosen.
Pros. Clean room, neat indoor pool, nice lobby. Wifi Is good
Cons. Outside needs a lot of maintenence, breakfast was very limited and one hallway was very stained with old carpet but it looked like they were working on it. Also the parking lot needs some patching.
Pros. Rooms were nice building looked like it was falling apart
Pros. I liked the fact the hotel was close to Cornell University, highway, and mall.
Cons. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever! Driving up to the hotel I could not believe how run down and old the hotel looked. The hotel looked abandoned and had the feel it was being torn down. The parking lot was full of pot holes and no parking lines. When I walked up to my room the elevator felt as if it was going to break down. When I attempted to open the room door to my room with the card reader it took up to 10 tries to open the door. The door would not shut unless I slammed it shut. The bathroom was old and nasty. The bathroom smelled like sitting water and at times urine. The Cofee maker was in the restroom which grossed me out. The refrigerator had broken compartment inside and was difficult to place items inside. The bed was hard to sleep on because the pillows were very hard. The bed had sheets and I was only given a small blanket no comforter! The AC unit was loud and was making it hard for me to sleep. After staying there a few days I had bed bug bites on my arms and legs. I can't believe I spent over $700 for this hotel! I am so disgusted and disappointed. I don't recommend this place to anyone . This place needs to shut down!
Cons. Hotel is falling apart. Staff could not be found for 10 minutes at check in. Horrible security - outside doors off the parking lots are all open -- you do not need a key card to enter hotel. Poor lighting outside. Terrible breakfast. Place needs a total facelift. Overpriced. Could not find staff at check out.... waited 20 minutes and they never showed. Called and called and called.... finally 2 hours later got someone on the phone to confirm my check out. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!! Really.
Pros. It was close to everything.
Cons. It looks run down wen u first get to hotel.the breakfast was cheap, they had to switch my room because the Tv was not working the carpet in the next room I was placed in was nasty needed to be clean.the exstrcise room only had one machine that worked nothing was up to date
Pros. The hotel is straight out of the eighties and super deserted, so it's very fun to explore. It's also very clean and the staff were all awesome and very considerate.
Pros. Clean bed and room. Good value once in the room. Good location but a little dated.
Cons. The carpet in the hallways smell of smoke and the facilities are a bit dated.
Pros. Room was very clean
Cons. Lack of owner responsibilities. .. run down falling apart hotel has so much amazing potential. owner should be real appreciative of his staff because if it wasn't for the clean room and courteous front desk staff we would have stayed somewhere else
Cons. It's obvious this hotel is either going to be razed soon or converted into a welfarew hotel. Dirty, uncomfortable beds, terrible lighting, and the restaurant and pool are closed.
