Pros. Had never been to Ithaca before and the staff were extremely pleasant and helped us with some recommendations for the area. Room was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite which we weren't expecting. Wifi was easy. Good location. Had pool. Would go back there in a heartbeat
Pros. Location is excellent, especially if you're seeing a show at The State Theater. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice pool area and lobby. Very accommodating staff.

Ordered room service from the restaurant on the premises. The Caesar salad and Brie platter were soggy. The hamburger was good. The room service menu was very limited. Tried to watch an On Demand movie. Paid $16.99 to see Bridge of Spies. The TV screen was small and staticky. The reception was very poor. I would suggest they upgrade the tv's in the rooms.
