Cons. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am and everyone had to leave the building. A fellow guest told me that he stayed at this hotel multiple times and this middle-of-the-night false fire alarm thing happens every other night.

Pros. For the money, it was good. Room clean, bed nice. I was in late and out early on business so I didn't see too much of it.
Cons. There is a SURPRISE $100 deposit when you arrive, even if the room was prepaid when booking. Sad they feel the need to do it, but I was unprepared for it. Cash gets returned at check out, deposit on card could take up to 5 days to be returned. There was an electrical outlet not working in bathroom, so blow dryer did not work. Maintenance was delayed, but kind when finally got there. (I was there for a job interview). The man working the desk was nice, but alone so check in was painfully slow.

Pros. We arrived late after 3 am 5/11 in the morning, hotel staff (VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT) told us they automatically dropped reservation at 3am. They were able to give us a room until 12 noon 5/11, the cost $48 but we had to leave a $100 deposit (which we were told after checkout at 12:00 noon that it would take 2-3 days to return the deposit to credit card). We needed to stay only for a few hours, during this time there were two fire alarms going off - at approximate 7:30am and again at 9:45 am totally disrupted our sleep BECAUSE WE HAD TO EXIT THE BUILDING AND WAIT FOR FIRE ENGINE TO ARRIVE TO SAY IT WAS FALSE ALARM (TWO TIME) one of the fire men told me the hotel had a defective system. That was my experience.
