Pros. There was nothing to like in the filthy dump that they called a hotel. We chose not to use the room since it was so bad. There was no offer of a refund or anything.
Cons. It was filthy both in the room and in the hallway. It stunk and there was mud and gravel in the carpet. The desk clerk was unhelpful to the point of being rude. When he was told that the room was not acceptable he said that’s what you get when you book online. I will never stay in this hotel again and will not use Kayak again since they appear to be satisfied with the dump. We left and didn’t use the room.
