Pros. the whole experience from the greeting till "thank you for the privilege" ... the view from 33th floor .... above the clouds ;)
Cons. there are so many things you could do better - but i know none ;)
Pros. The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. The elevators to take a while so whenever along for travel with Uber or a cab plan on 15 minutes extra time. During the holidays this can be much more. The lounge experience with the exception of the staff there is exceptional they go above and beyond.
Cons. Halls and common areas were over fragranced. Housekeeping staff were meticulous however kept partially use glasses thinking we were going to reuse them. For example I would have a glass of wine However was unable to finish the left 25% of the glass house keeping with think that I would keep the glass and drink it the next day. This was a little frustrating the dessert was the same way. The halls are very fragranced
