Pros. Excellent location. Very nice staff. Clean comfortable room.
Cons. Wish there was a swimming pool
Pros. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good & coffee was great. Free Wifi & Smartphone. Smartphone allows free local calls & free international calls to some countries like US, Philippines, Australia, etc. it also allows sharing of internet connection with your devices. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay & Sasa.
Cons. Gym includes two treadmills but they're both out of order. I had to run outdoors and it was drizzling. Breakfast buffet needs more variety. I had a view of a cemetery & moving to a room with a better view means upgrading & more money.
Pros. When checking-in, the hostess noticed from my passport that it was my birthday. She then proceeded to show me 3 envelopes and had me choose one as a birthday prize. The envelope I chose gave me a free room upgrade, and it was the nicest room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! There was a deluxe massage chair, shiatsu neck massager, and a separate foot massage apparatus in the bedroom, and the suite was very spacious. I love this hotel!!
Pros. Free shuttle bus
Cons. Breakfast order messed up twice. Price to upgrade to room not overlooking a cemetery and with a double bed instead of twins despite having booked a double
Pros. Very modern and clean
Cons. Front desk was not helpful in addressing my needs after 3 calls. Talked to manager next day and was upgraded to a nicer room. Would have been nice to get some service from the beginning. It's a 15 min walk to subway station. I didnt know about the free shuttle to wan chai.
