When I booked this car rental I had asked for an airport car rental, so when I got to the Hertz from the airport shuttle and was told I was at the wrong location and would need to take a taxi to other location, they called a taxi but after 30 minutes i got back on the shuttle and went back to airport and got a taxi from there. I would not have booked this through Kayak if I knew it would cost an additional $40 in taxi fares. I will never use Kayak again and am writing to Hertz about the way it is advertised on your website.
The whole experience was very good. My only complaint was limited hours at drop off location, but small airport do I understand. Except should be full day on a Sunday too.

Cons:Returning the car Sunday night was not a great experience. The office was in chaos seemed understaffed.
Customer Service was very good at this location.
The reservation made through KAYAK was in the Hertz system when I arrived making vehicle pickup easy and quick. The vehicle was relatively new and was very clean. Dropoff was quick and trouble-free.
