Pros:None
Cons:Vehicle was not cleaned. Gas was less than 1/4 full. Due to COVID, I was disappointed and nervous to drive a vehicle that was not cleaned. The representative was rude. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Had I not needed the car urgently that day, I would not have rented it.
Supportive staff. Not being able to have an after hours drop off at this location
Pros:No cars were available although I reserved one
Pros:I wish I could say that there was something positive about my experience, but there was absolutely nothing! Will NEVER rent from them again. I would rent at Enterprise for any future car rentals.
Cons:Made a reservation for a Pathfinder well in advance. Got a call 2 hours before saying that they do not have that car and would upgrade me to a minivan. Specifically requested no minivans when renting. Got an old 2019 Dodge minivan, plastic wiring on side doors had blue tape around it, dents, no windshield washer fluid, ultimately burns gas like crazy. Was told by snarky counter person that I can cancel your reservation or you can take the minivan. Given I was driving up to pick up my daughter from college, trying to find another rental place on a Friday afternoon/college graduation weekend would be impossible. Spent 2 hours on phone waiting to speak with someone in customer service because I did not have my credit card with me. Offered to put it on another card, but they made me call reservation place to change my reservation and card first. Two hours later, told by Hertz rental booking thst I would be charged the same amount. I was not. Had to now go through the counter person to attempt to change what we were promised. Then they tacked on another charge for an additional driver because the credit card sadly my husbands. He was not even going on the trip of driving at all. Big rip off! I would NOT rent from them again!
Pros:Staff friendly. Drop off was super easy.
Cons:Booked for a 12 (noon) pick-up. Car was not available until 3 o'clock. Windshield dirty and 3 tires were low on air.
Pros:Staff was okay. Drop off after hours: no return envelopes.
Cons:Better cleaning. Nail polish on 3rd row, potato chips in map holder left side of the middle console.
Pros:It was the only place with a minivan available.
Cons:The car could have been cleaner and maintained better. There was a leftover Panda Express box full of food left in the van under the seat, the outside of the car was filthy, and there was no windshield washer fluid in the car. We were not told that the day we would return the car, the location would be closed (same location as pickup). There was no sign indicating where the key drop was so we had to go wandering around to find it in the back of the building. Both of these things could have been told to me when I picked up the car instead of the clerk asking all sort of personal questions.
Pros:Staff was friendly and professional. The drop-off was easy.

Pros:Drop off couldn't have been any easier. Very friendly staff, they let me park my personal vehicle in their lot so i didn't have to have someone drive me to pick up the rental.
Cons:The only issue, which is small, is the car smelled heavily of the cleaning liquid they used giving me a headache. The smell eventually dissipated enough after airing the car out overnight. I am sensitive to those things so might not be a problem for others.
Pros:Staff were friendly. Got an upgraded car when ours was not available.
Cons:Charged a $200 deposit & still waiting for the refund days later. What gives?
