I haven't been to a Best Western brand hotel in many years and this one was really great. It felt a lot more upscale from the Best Western hotels that I visited as a kid.
Pros. clean, well located
Pros. Beautiful lobby space, lots of tables
Cons. Lots of screaming kids in the hallways.
Cons. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pool water was ice cold.
Pros. I like how nice the hotel is. The lobby is big and very inviting. I like they have sections with sofas so people can sit and chat. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The decor is surprisingly nice for a best western, but again my friend told me it is their Premier class. We would stay there again when we go to Hershey.
Cons. I didn't like the bed. It is too soft to my preference but it is probably just me because I like harder bed in general. Our kids swam in the pool but couldn't last long because the pool was too cold. Wishing that the pool was warmer to enjoy.
Pros. The front desk was very nice and accomidating.
Cons. One of our pillow cases looked to have some sort of red mark on it... Looked like dried blood. Also our room was next to the pool and until 10pm we could hear everyone in it. The glass is not thick enough to block the pool noise.

The facility was surprisingly modern and very well maintained, in sharp contrast to experience with other Best Westerns. It also was a good value for the money. I'd stay again.
Cons. It is noisy next to the freeway, but the room was reasonably well insulated and more than quiet enough to sleep soundly.
