Pros. Staff tried to help.
Cons. They overbooked the first night and moved us to another hotel. They claimed it was an upgrade but it was exactly the same as the room in the original hotel that we were brought to the second night. The bathroom is entirely glass and offers little privacy. There was also no hot water. Breakfast was pretty weak. Jacuzzi was not available.
