Cons:
There was no owners manual in the car, for information on operation of the different modes of four wheel drive. There was not a snow brush or even an ice scraper. We got the four wheel drive vehicle specifically to go to the Mt. Hood/Government Camp area.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest2.4 Poor

Pros:
We cancelled the reservation while standing in the long line at the airport. We would have waited about 1 1/2 hrs. The problem was that they didn't have enough cars ready for the people waiting to pick them up. Went over to Avis counter - no line, AND we got a much better deal!Cons:
Having the cars ready so that there wouldn't be a very long wait! (I estimate based on 30 people in front of us that it would have been about 1 1/2 hr wait.Avis
