Pros. Staff was friendly and professional. It was so quiet!
Cons. The bathroom counter was extremely high. It was difficult to use the sink.
Pros. Very quiet in the off season, super clean room and comfortable beds even though I have a bad back. :)
Cons. Staff delivering room service at night came into the room with the tray, without being invited in and was quite chatty instead of waiting at the door for the receipt to be signed. We were just watching tennis (I was in t-shirt and underwear, not expecting visitors) so that was awkward. Ordered breakfast to the room in the morning-- super weak coffee (at $7 per two cup pot) and no cream/milk though I had ordered that as well. Small things, but things that could improve the overall experience.
Pros. We were in town for a family reunion and chose to stay at Lodge Koehler. The experience was great! Would highly recommend.
