Cons. No shower mat, no shampoo, no free internet, price was ridiculous for one night during UCSB graduation. Front desk staff was nice, but price was tripled!

You can't hear the neighbors or the noise from the street. The AC is not loud enough to disturb sleep like I have experienced before in other hotels. The non-carpeted floors is a good thing to note in case you were expecting to throw down a blanket and pillow for someone who didn't want to share a bed. Free coffee in the morning and a pool, it was the perfect spot for what we needed!
