Check In process was very bad. I understand regarding early check in policy but when it’s only couple of hours ahead there is no need to wait your customer. Plus, the female staff was very rude she was on the phone and she did not help in no way! That was a very bad customer service!
Pros. The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were amazing
Cons. The staff wasn't very professional or personable. Their overall attitude set a drab for the atmosphere.

Pros. The layout of the room was very functional and spacious. Staff was helpful and breakfast was well-stocked. Lobby was clean and pleasant. Well-placed signs informed guests of the hotel quiet policy which we appreciated as several youth teams shared the hotel with us presenting a potential for rowdy activity which was successfully thwarted.
Cons. The mattress pad and contour sheet were too stretched out to stay on the mattress thus we found ourselves struggling to keep a sheet between ourselves and the bare mattress. Not very sanitary. There were also some cleaning issues as the bathroom walls were dirty, not sure the bathroom floor was cleaned each day, and dust was building up in corners missed by the vacuum. An accumulation of details that disappointed.
