Pros. The room was great.
Cons. I called the morning of my reservation to request a room toward the end of the hallway as I tend to think it’s quieter away from the door. Only to arrive and the woman at the desk tell me that there was no note of my request. What was the point of my call if they weren’t going to note my request. The woman at the desk who I believes name was Sheila was kind enough to luckily find a room for me In the middle of the hallways which she let me know other wise I would’ve been right in the front. She was great! The room itself I always love the layout when I come. Only issue I had was that i felt it could’ve been cleaner. Around my jacuzzi tub had deep yellow stains. Also the jets instructions were not very clear. It stated to “turn on timer and press start” once the water filled to a certain point. For the life of me I could not find a “start” button anywhere. I looked in the tub, by the timer, by the light switch, in the tub. I tried to call the front desk thinking maybe I’m just blind and over looking it. But I couldn’t get to the front desk. There wasn’t a “front desk” button on the phone like most hotels and the “concierge” button just had a busy signal EVERY time. So with that being said. Never got to take advantage of the jets or the jacuzzi. Overall I would absolutely stay here again as this was the first time out of many I was not happy with the cleanliness of my room. As a rewards member I’ll continue to stay with Marriott and hope that this was just a one off
Pros. The home feeling,the space, the serenity.
Cons. The pool only has the ladder there needs to be stairs that gradually get you into the water. It isn't good for people with bad knees or young children who are not good swimmers. The pool is almost 4 ft on both ends and the middle is 5ft. The pool is also too cold.
