Pros:Car was clean, and ready to go with little to no wait. The employees were friendly.
Cons:They moved their drop off location (it's not with all the other rental car drop off's even though their signs are still up) without notifying us. Also one of the tires had a slow leak the entire 6 days, and unbeknown to us rental cars are not required to provide a spare tire so that was a big hassle. If you go with a cut rate company, just know that you get what you pay for.
Pros:The staff were helpful when picking up, explained everything to me
Cons:1. There were many added fees 2. The car wouldn't start 2x 3. I had to add pressure to a tire because it was missing the air cap 4. When I had issues it said I could modify on the website but the website couldn't find my reservation, so I had to hold for over an hour to ask a question 5. Dropped car off early and was still charged for the following day 6. Car was not comfortable, not very tidy, could have been cleaned better 7. When I dropped car off the attendant argued with me about charges and I had to insist to get answers 8. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend or rent again
Pros:The shuttle bus at drop off was working. I expected it not to be and was about to arrange for an Uber.
Cons:Our Alaska flight arrived at 11:45PM. The Car rental center closed at Midnight. There was no advance notification. When we enquired of the Airport staff if the shuttle bus to the car rental center was coming we were told no but they would call for it. When it arrived we were driven to the rental center and told by the shuttle bus driver FOX was closed but others were opened which, in fact, was false, the whole center was closed. The shuttle bus driver then drove off abandoning us. We had to take an Uber to the Hotel and another back the next day to get the car. When I asked for a credit for August 18th, since I didn't get the car until the 19th, the FOX agent told me she couldn't do that because I used a third party. But she offered me an upgrade to an SUV for only $12 more per day. I needed the SUV and I guess I should be grateful it only cost me another $70 plus $150 security deposit. If I knew the rental center would be closed I would have booked a different flight. This nearly ruined my stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and returning our daughter to college. It could have been better.
Cons:Inside smelled like a smoker has used it. Low tire light went on 1st day so had to find a place to get help with it.
Pros:Quick and easy

Cons:Having the car I reserved or similar ( I reserved a Charger and ended up with an outlander, was offered a jeep wrangler, due to a recent back surgery, that wasn't an option) the car was clean and ran well but cramped for me (6'1" 267lbs). Overall the rental went well.
Cons:When they ask you to prepay for gas, they don't tell you it's for the whole tank regardless of whether you use it or not. Just fill it up before you bring it in. That service feature is a ripoff.
There was no car for us at pick and was charged extra in the end. Had to wait over an hour.
Pros:Staff was friendly
Cons:My vehicle was not ready on time so I had to return later. When I returned I was given the wrong vehicle, much less than I had paid for. The manager was not able to give discount because the rental was purchased thru Kayak. Will most likely never use Kayak or Fox again.
I honestly don't think anything could've been done better. My husband is not a fan of smaller cars but we couldn't see renting something big for 3 days. All of the employees were super friendly & helpful with our rental experience. Thank you for that.
