It was unclear that the pick up was not at the airport. I had to Uber downtown to pick it up after waiting in line at the Airport.

There was nothing positive about this experience. They couldn’t be bothered to pretend to have customer service. The worst car rental experience. We waited for an hour at the airport trying to pick up our previously booked car. The car was dirty. The people at the counter were rude and not pleasant. Everything was completely unprofessional.

Cheap rental and expectations should be adjusted accordingly. $12/day insurance is mandatory but still makes it the cheapest rental available.

The clerk at the counter lied to Me saying there were no cars available when the lot was full. Then she rented me a car with an upgrade charge for the same size vehicle that I had already reserved and pre-paid for. She charge me an extra $47, there are no cars available unless I I get up charged for the same size vehicle!!! This employee took advantage of me because it was late night travel and no other rental choices.

Terrible !! They changed the original booked price, my rental time was supposed end before midnight at a different location but that location was closed so they charged me an extra day. They.have no customer service phone line, even in the event of anything happens during the rental , they have no customer service hotline at all

Overall a good experience. I recommend to all car rental companies STOP using Forever chemicals to clean the cars! I hate that my clothes smell from the chemical cleaners you use on the cars they are TOXIC! Just use VINEGAR it’s cheaper and safer.
