Cons:You take a shuttle to the airport rental car site. You then wait for the Fox Rental car shuttle. I waited another 20 minutes. The check our took a very long time.
Pros:Drop off was easy.
Cons:Pick up was awful. They gave us the wrong car. Then they tried to tell us we had paid for a lesser car, when I showed them the confirmation they agreed to give us what we paid for.
Pros:I liked nothing about the experience. I was ripped off. I booked through Kayak and paid for the rental in advance only to arrive and be told I could not get the rental or my money back because a major credit card was needed. Kayak should not have taken my money via debit card if this was the case.
Cons:Everything. I will never use Fox again nor Kayak
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:Wery helpful and friendly. Didn't have the reserved car. Did a hard upsell. Ended up doubling the estimated cost. But we got a bigger and better car. It all worked out.

Cons:It takes 2 bus rides from the airport to get to Fox. I found the buses to be the most concerning part of traveling in terms of being able to socially distance. Checking in took a long time because there are only two employees checking in at a time, and they get a bus load of people checking in all at once. There was nothing wrong with the car, but it did smell like cigarettes.

Pros:The worst experience I've had renting a car. When I got there they said my reservation was cancelled but for 60 extra dollars they'd have a car for me. I spent countless hours on the phone getting absolutely nowhere except for the fact that they were going to do nothing about their mistake.
Cons:They could have had technology that communicates with the other systems more efficiently. How can one site confirm the reservation the day before, and, when I arrive Fox's system is claiming it was cancelled. Never again!!!!
Cons:Clarity of having to take a second shuttle to there facility
