Cons. The tv was poorly placed in the room, the bathroom light switch wasn’t even in the bathroom. Both things weren’t a huge deal just slightly annoying, but was easy to get over, there was stains on the back of the bathroom door. My shampoo that comes in the room was half used. Did not get replaced. And the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I’ve slept in some uncomfortable beds before, but I’ve always just pointed out that it wasn’t comfortable then moved on. But this bed was so bad both my boyfriend and I woke up in pain. When we got back to Colorado Springs I had my boyfriend look up the nearest massage place. And within 5 hours of checking out of the hotel and was getting my shoulders and back massaged because of how much pain I was in. I was taking ibuprofen and applying Icy got the rest of the night. Will not be staying here again.
Pros. The staff was good and the lobby looked great.
Cons. No complimentary breakfast, to luggage carrier, the room was just ok. I expected more for the price.

Pros. They allowed us to bring our dog at the last minute with a $25 fee, the staff was nice and the room was clean.
Cons. The bed was so uncomfortable. We are still working out the kinks we woke up with a week later. The air conditioner kept going on and off, as well as the fan, which made the outside hotel noise very noticeable. Usually, the fan will stay on even if the air conditioner cycles on and off and this one didn't and we woke up throughout the night because of it. The price was higher than their normal rates because it was college move in weekend and it was not worth the increased rate.
