Cons. We arrived at 6pm. After returning from dinner, we closed the windows and tried putting on the AC which didn't work. The hotel claimed I had a window open which caused the AC to turn off. Even after the hotel checked the windows, the AC still didn't work. I wanted another room but the hotel said they were fully booked. The AC wasn't repaired until 11pm. When I checked out, I complained that the room wasn't ready for me. The hotel responded the AC was working when we arrived which wasn't true.
Pros. Fabulous room right on the square. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was extremely good with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Wonderful time and we will return soon.
