Cons:If they would have had the truck I rented.

Cons:When i arrived, i was told they didn't have the specialty car i reserved. There were two identical ones in the parking lot and they said they were reserved for others. Not sure why my reservation wasn't valid and theirs was. They did offer another car, but it was our 30th anniversary and we had our heart set on the convertible. Fortunately, Hertz overheard us and they had one and gave us a great deal on it.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:There could have been a car for my conformation after driving for 45 minutes to pick it up but no car of any kind.
Pros:Good vehicle. Easy pickup and drop off. Terrific value
Cons:Better mileage vehicle. The vehicle I requested was not available so I drove a truck for 1600 miles! That being said, it was a great ride at a very good price. It all turned out okay. :-)

Cons:You rented me a car from a closed location. I was dropped off with no way home. I finally got a ride home. Before confirming a reservation you should make sure the business is actually open.
Pros:Staff in person was extremely friendly and helpful!!
Pros:awesome staff. only one person there for check in so had to wait about 15 minutes. But everything was great. I will definitely use again when I need a car.
Cons:hours of operation limited and staff limited due to pandemic. But they were awesome working around this issue. Great experience.
