Pros. staff i talked to were friendly.
Cons. Room was dirty, had to get switched to another room and that one was dirty also, sheets were dirty and stained, not enough towels,
Pros. They allow pets and the lady who checked us in was very nice.
Cons. Though it was non-smoking, I could smell cigarette smoke, I didn't sleep well, there was a complete feeling of unclean, I didn't want the bedding near my face, it just felt like it had not been washed and some of the people we saw checking in were a little strange. There was garbage around the dumpster outside, the grass had not been cut, the towels were very small and the pillows were flat, hard to sleep on. It needs a good complete cleaning and the no-smoking policy needs to be enforced.
Pros. Location to Syracuse University was good.
Cons. The smell! When first entered the smell of orange used to mask odors was so strong it was gagging! That wore off and all you could smell was old nasty stale cigarette smoke. It was so bad it was hard to sleep. Also beware, no iron, hair dryer or shampoo in the room.
