Pros. Food was delicious. Service was professional and courteous.
Pros. Every things were fantastic
Pros. Almost nothing
Cons. Almost everything, staff, cleanliness, noise, bad service, prices comparing to what I got.
Pros. Staff worked very hard in reception and are busy trying to help everyone. Well staffed and friendly in reception. The hotel allowed us to store bags after we had checked out. The cleaning staff also arranged towels to look like two swans kissing. My girlfriend enjoyed this.
Cons. Spa was very average. The people working in it seemed disappointed they had to work. Also spoke in their local language most of the time. The room wasn't as clean as it needed to be found items from the previous guest. TV and phone didn't work at first. When we rang we found the people on the phone here. The pool is very shaded and does not get warm. I liked this hotel but I feel it was just below 4 star standards.
Pros. Very clean hotel and smoke control is good
Cons. Lunch buffet not so okay
Pros. Friendly staffs
Cons. Rooms are not sound proof and barely can hear kids cry from the other room
Pros. The hotel is very clean, modem and brand new. The rooms were well stocked and staff was friendly.
Cons. The hotel is amazing, but the location isn't ideal and the staff is overwhelmed.
