The accommodations are large, clean and spacious. Rooms are very well cleaned and maintained. The property is Willem taken care of too. Breakfast hours are very accommodating, especially for scuba divers who have morning dives. The breakfast is average. The lunch menu has a lot of variety. Salads and cheeseburgers are good, so are all the sides. The fish dishes on the lunch menu were too salty. The location of the resort in the beach is great. Almost at the end of the beach so, you don't have as much foot traffic in front of the resort. There are plenty of vendors offering to sell you T-shirts, bracelets and many other souvenirs. You can get massages, go fishing or sightseeing via boat by local vendors just outside the property line. There's a dock in front of the property for water taxis. The staff is very friendly and there's so many English speaking staff. The dive shop is great. Overall it's a good one stop shop, but its definitely overpriced.
Pros. Most people were very helpfull
Cons. dining at the beach, food and service was good, except for the flies and sea fleas jumping on my plate!!!!
Pros. Hotel staff, bar staff---Digna, Ziggy, Chock-o-latte---are the best.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND KIND THE BEACHES IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL ARE BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN
Cons. THE FOOD SERVICE WAS TOO SLOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD AT LEAST ONE AND A HALF HOUR TO EAT THE CURTAIN OF THE ROOM WERE IN BAD CONDITION THERE WAS NO EXTRA SHEET OR QUILT
