The staff was OK but the car dirty and a half day after they fully cleaned it the cigarette smell kick in. I guess the person who had it before smoked in it.2.0 Poor

Staff unfriendly and not helpful. They didn't call me letting me know that they were going to rent my vehicle so when I arrived they had no rental car available.Cons:
They should have called me to let me know that they were going to rent my vehicle to someone else. Better communication.Budget

The manager at the chino hills location for Avis was a big help. Otherwise the service was horrible and I will never use Avis again. I will use them as an example of bait and switch.Cons:
Almost everything. Avis is horrible. Thanks to Kayak for providing a good option. I would not take the insurance again as it does not cover the entire replacement cost of the vehicle. Lesson learned to take your insirance option. Slick marketing though.10.0 Wonderful
