There are many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. One of the most popular ones is the Hotel Rui Cancun. This resort is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Cancun. It draws many guests each year. It includes three pools, fitness center, steam bath, whirlpool, spa, and free breakfast.
The rooms here include WiFi, beachfront views, air conditioning, in-room safe, flat-screen television, mini bar, blackout curtains, hairdryer, iron, and daily housekeeping. The rooms feature luxury linens and pillow top mattresses. Guests can dine on-site at the restaurants at the resort. In Cancun, guests of the hotel will find that there is a world of fun for them to have while they are staying here. The hotel has a lot of activities for the guests of the hotel and their families. Guests can take part in snorkeling, parasailing, surfing, golfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach volleyball, scuba diving, kayaking, and tennis. The beach has many activities set up on it daily, and there is always a schedule of events posted for guests to see daily.
One of the best things about coming to Cancun is the luxurious, all-inclusive resort. Booking a room here can be easy, but because of the popularity of this area, peak seasons are relatively busy. Pros. Great hotel, great location, great stay. Amazing staff.
Cons. The staff at the front desk scheduled us a shuttle knowing our flight departure times and we ended up not being able to board our plane because we were too late. We ended up waiting 5 hours in the airport and each had to pay $200 us dollars to get a new flight. It was our first time flying internationally and we pretty much relied on the advise the hotel staff gaved us.
Pros. It was excellent. The resort is so nice a lot to do for all ages. Food great lots of different options at all times of the day and night. Weather amazing. Staff wonderful.
Cons. slow unpredictable wifi need more options to get cash atm out of money must know cabs only take cash

How are the hotel's facilities and staff?
We liked most everything- both facilities, location and especially staff were excellent and very accommodating. Lots of loungers and with the 3/4 pools and the ocean there was no competition for seating.
What are the main concerns about the hotel's services?
The food was just ok - not fantastic - could be improved. Also, the food and drinks could have been better. The Mexican restaurant was good, the Asian one was bad, the gourmet was okay, but the service was awful. Lastly, the buffet was best for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, the food was meh and always the same.
What are the highlights of the hotel's location and amenities?
All inclusive meant all inclusive. No fine print on the limitations. Even the mini bar was inclusive and replenished every few days. The property was clean, recently renovated, and right on the beach.
