Pros:The van was very helpful and had lots of features I didn't expect.

Cons:Exterior of vehicle was dirty and the vehicle had more than 58,000 miles and the check engine light was on
The car was filthy, inside and out.
Long line. Staff was not motivated and indifferent. We booked a Toyota Camry or similar but was offered a Kia EV which is not suitable for plan to drive a long distance. When quietiedd about a petrol car, we were offered a Lexus but had to pay $20 per day and no other choice. Just like take it or leave it scenario. Frankly not impressed.
Twice now I’ve rented with budget CHS. Service is super slow at rental counter with inadequate manpower.
Pros:Budget did not have any cars when I arrived to pick up my reservation. When I asked them to call their office at the local airport to reserve a car there, they said they did not have the phone number. Agent referred me to competitors down the street suggesting I would have better luck with them.
Cons:When someone reserves a car, have one available. That's what reservations are for, right?
It was a quick and easy in-and-out experience. It was not personable but that is okay.
Will never use them again
Cons:When you make a reservation and show up at the said time for the reservation to find out that they have no cars.....that’s pretty messed up! On vacation and needed the car for that days plans only to to told sorry, we don’t have any cars. To top it all of they did the same thing to three other people. Thank god Enterprise what next door and had just enough cars available to help everyone out!
