Pros:The car was good
Cons:Pick up in Ft Lauderdale airport was terrible. More than 1 hour wait time in line at counter. Drop off also poor, about 1/2 wait time at Budget/ Avis in Orlando. Need more agents!!!

Pros:Car itself, a 21 Kia, was excellent, a nice car to drive.
Cons:Waited over an hour and a half in ridiculously long line to pick it up. Poor signage sending budget people tp Avis for signin. Only 3-4 clerks to wait on multiple snaking line. I will report to Costco, never had such a long wait. Also charged for fill up when I returned but told her I had filled it up myself as I said I would on pickup, will see if $40 credited back. Car itself great, but will check out Uber for next visit.

About one of the worst experiences, I’ve had renting a car. The car was not available. They were over 40 people they are waiting. To get their cars, even though budget had said that they were open 24 hours there was one person working

Pros:Nothing. The absolute worst experience of my life with any rental car.
Cons:Everything. Budget was woefully understaffed at the Fort Lauderdale airport which led to a line that lasted for hours. Given my delayed flight arrival along with the long line, Budget also charged me a “No Show” few since I didn’t technically get through their line until the next day. The audacity to make me wait in line for 4 hours after a long day of delayed travel only to then also charge me a no show fee is downright criminal. I will never be renting with Budget again and I hope they go out of business.

Cons:After flying across country, standing in a very long line - they told us we missed our reservation and that they did not have a car for us (even though we had already paid). After awhile they found us something but it was a long wait with a very tired toddler.

I was scammed over $100 on my car return in Miami. No one there to receive the vehicle so we dropped it off with a full tank of gas that was just filled at the gas station beside the car rental return. My final bill had $103 added to it to top up 7 gallons of fuel. Do not drop your car off without someone signing off your final invoice
