Pros:Everyone was very nice
Cons:The pick up process was delayed by over an hour due to a system outage at the rental facility.
Cons:Expect to pay more than what is quoted to you online because of all the extra fees
VERY SLOW pickup service. Budget is clearly running their business into the ground.
Pros:It was easy to get, great room, road easy, good on gas.
Cons:Nothing that I can think of.
Nice car, but renting electric vehicles is difficult for the return.
The cat we originally picked up did not have good fuel economy. We drove it for 3 days and then rang Budget to ask about exchanging it. They said take it in to Sacramento airport desk and they will sort it. We did this and the gentleman at the counter could not have been more helpful. We picked a Hyundai Elantra and it was perfect for our trip down south to the Grand Canyon and southern national parks. Full marks to Budget for their customer service and no hassle car hire.
Pros:Fine
Cons:The car was horrible. The seat controls were broken so the only adjustment possible was forward and back. The door seal was broken so air whistled through the car. It drove badly and frankly felt unsafe.
Pros:Drop off easy
Cons:Got there to pick up the car at 7am and agent was not there yet. Took 45 minutes to get the car. 😆
Pros:Staff was non existent. Only one guy working the counter at check in and it took us about 45 minutes in line. No one was there when we dropped off car. We waited for a bit but then had to leave to catdh our flight.

Cons:There was only 1 of 3 employees working at the time, as the other 2 were at lunch so it took awhile to be helped. Maybe only send 1 person at a time to lunch?
