Pros. Staff were lovely.
Pros. We liked the location as it is far enough out to be quieter but for us close enough to walk to any restaurants , shops etc. I wouldn't say that it is close enough for less able people to get to places though. The hotel itself is nice clean and our room was very spacious but we did book a superior to have extra space. We had a kingsize bed which was lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was adequate too. Breakfast was nice and I am sure if there was something that you requested you would only need to ask.
Cons. The only suggestion we would have is something very simple and that is to have either a small bar of soap or a hand pump soap to use after using the bathroom or for myself to use after I had put hair products on causing my hands to be sticky.
