Pros. Location
Cons. We went here for our wedding but the hotel, though supposedly renovated, reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was not helpful. We found another Marriott in Billings that was great.
Pros. The beds were pretty comfy, I must say. Most hotel's aren't so that's a plus. They have a pool and exercise room which was nice and if I had more time I'd have taken advantage of that. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
Cons. I swear Fairfield hotels give anyone who books online the worst room in the place. Right next to the noisy elevator. Regardless of the amenities I probably won't stay at a Fairfield again for that reason. I had to drug myself to get some sleep. This is the second Fairfield property where this has happened. The hallways were dingy but the rest of the property was nice. The guy at the desk was nosey and talked so fast I had to guess at what he was saying because even after I asked him to repeat himself I still didn't catch what he said. Next time I'll skip the Fairfield.
Pros. Clean, nicely decorated, and they have a good range of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons. Very poor insulation between floors, so I could hear every step in the room above mine. Fortunately they didn't stay up late. I would stay here again, but would request a top floor room or one with no one above me.
Pros. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our keys did not work when we went to our room so the manager walked up with us to make sure we were able to get in after they reset the keys. Very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast the next morning was very nice with a good selection including a waffle maker, which was a HUGE hit with my 2 year old! We will definitely be staying there again next time we pass through.
Pros. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons. We stay at Fairfield Inns often because we know what to expect. The Billings Fairfield is not a typical Fairfield, the room was very small and did not have a refrigerator. Very minor complaints but at $120/night it is also higher than any most Fairfield inns.
Pros. All the staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and hot! Any questions the staff knew the answer! Overall great stay for an awesome price!
