Pros. Hard working friendly staff. Breakfast was a good value. Bathroom was in good condition.
Cons. My first room had a bad smell so I changed rooms. Both rooms needed renovation. Housekeeping was spotty. Breakfast was super crowded.

Cons. Very strange elevator system. Usually two elevators with a walk in between to get to your room. Plenty of food but no interesting choices. Almost same type of cheese. One type of eggs. Several pork products with no alternatives. This is happening while the hotel is serving hundreds everyday. The room is small with no proper food inside. I had to stay in a room just renovated with smell of paint all over the place. Modest architecture and interiors.

Pros. The room was large, comfortable beds and had everything you needed. The hotel was in a great location to shops, tube stations and to get to all the major attractions. We made use of the gym and the breakfast was excellent.
