The elevator was constantly out of order. Being on the twelfth floor made that incredibly annoying. There was a constant marijuana smell in the room. The couch was broken and the TV didn’t work.

Pros. The room size was fantastic. Very clean. Great view.

Cons. Expensive valet parking. I ended up parking over a mile away & took an uber which was less expensive.

Pros. I loved the staff. I have stayed in plenty of hotels from days to a week. This staff was hands down the best. Friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I wish I could be name them all but it would be easier just to say the whole crew. It only made our stay that more pleasant. Even the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond for us and others. Right by Underground Atlanta...so it was different but a pleasant stay. Would I stay again. HELL YEAH!

Cons. Location was not the best but not a deal breaker. I've stayed in worse for more.

Pros. The convenience of walking was great and the view from the room was probably the best part of the hotel

Cons. Valet parking was too expensive yet the parking garage was around the corner, 5 mins walking, and not in the safest area of town. At the front door you had to carry your luggage up the stairs before putting it on a cart bc there is no ramp etc etc a wheelchair lift. The morning of check-out I was fixing the sheets and I found a hair stuck to the sheets (that definitely wasn't ours) in something that looked like snot. I almost threw up. I think the facility could be cleaner

Pros. Become a Marriott Rewards member for free and get hi speed wifi in your room! The view of Atlanta was great with all the windows. The space was huge, clean, and comfortable! All the staff was super friendly and helpful and happy! I would totally stay here again if I need a hotel in Atlanta. There was breakfast too"

Cons. No recycling. They use disposables at breakfast; not environmentally friendly.

Pros. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Cons. We drove around Atlanta for 20 minutes looking for the hotel as the GPS did not direct us properly. When we called the hotel for better directions the message that plays is something to the extent of "This mailbox is not accepting messages". I checked in at 9:50pm and was told the water would be shut off from 10pm until 1am. I quickly used the restroom and brushed my teeth not knowing how long there would be water. After settling, I went to the lobby to print my boarding passes for my flight the next day and the computer would not work. When I asked about it, I was told it hasnt worked for a while and was offered a ride to Kinkos the next day to print my boarding pass. Being that I was there for business I did not have time to go to Kinkos. When I woke up at 6:40 the next morning there was still no running water. This meant no way to flush the toilet, brush my teeth, or shower for my business meeting. Overall not impressed with my stay. They should have transferred guests to a different Marriott branch in the city that had running water.

Pros. Very scary area. Lots of vagrants and young men loitering. Room was okay, but the hotel advertised a lounge/bar which they closed over a year ago. There was no ice machine on our floor. Upon checkin, I was told there would be no water from 10 pm to 1 am ... I checked out at 8 am the next day and there was still no water .... therefore, there was no way to flush a toilet, take a shower or brush my teeth. The staff upon checkin, during my stay and checkout were excellent, helpful and kind.
