Pros:
Perhaps I should have read more carefully. Given the snow conditions, I rented an SUV and must have understood incorrectly as I expected all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I was offered a $150 upsell. Guy walking up next to me got a small all wheel drive which was not offered. Car was outside covered in snow and ice impossible to inspect thoroughlyCons:
